The Fergusson Angiotribe offers a wide assortment of surgical advantages. Its principal use is to provide adequate control of haemostasis by clamping blood vessels.
For this purpose, the instrument features a pair of jaws with transverse or oblique serrations that enhance gripping. In addition, the curved and straight jaws profiles help to reach a variety of surgical sites. The device includes deep grooves along the inner surfaces of the jaws to minimize local trauma.
Moreover, the Fergusson Angiotribe features a pair of slim, straight shafts that improve the surgical reach. Also, the box lock system helps to close the jaws against each other with smooth movements.
